The room was neat. the staff were very amiable. - the location was best possible for me as it was very close to the bus stand, restaurant, and Central bus station. - It was also near a big mall.

Brand-new room, bed was comfortable plus there was a clean bathroom. All the staff was really helpful and very well mannered: D

greatly enjoyed my 3 nights stay. location: the hotel was just off bus terminal, bus stand, and isbt bus station. also, a tibetan temple was 4 miles away. visited their restaurant golden spoon couple of times. i booked it many times and totally recommend.

The room was tidy with a reasonably clean bathroom in a fantastic location near the mall and just outside the city and the bus terminal for convenience.

The location of the place is great, really near the outskirts of the city, the central bus station, and the interstate bus terminal.

During my recent thanksgiving trip, I was happy with the complementary breakfast and shuttle service offered by the hotel. the location was convenient, just a short walk from several shops and restaurants. I appreciated the comfortable beds in the spacious rooms.

The bathroom facilities were outdated and could use some maintenance. there was no elevator available in the building, which made it difficult to transport luggage to the higher floors.
